I just thought I'd give you and update on that problem transmission that I bought from you back in May of 2010.
Just to give you a quick refresher of my situation...
I'm the guy from California with the Trani that broke down Christmas night in 2010.
In January you sent me out a replacement 700R4, which I received on January 24th. 2011.
It was installed in my van and I got my van back from Tustin Transmission the following Monday - Jan 31st.

Right from the start I could tell the difference. We did everything right this time.
I bought a new torque converter to go with the Install also.
It's been almost 90 days and it is still working great.
I've only driven my van about 700 miles on it though.
Gas is so damn expensive now, that I only drive when I have to.

But I just wanted to say a Big THANK YOU, for your excellent customer service !
You've definitely lived up to your good name, just like your 100% positive feedback rating on eBay.
That told me all I needed to know about you. I know what good customer service is.

I also have 100% positive feedback rating on ebay.
And I know it takes some work at times to keep a perfect rating.
